Billing
Payment is expected at time of services. Northern Hearing Services (NHS) will gladly provide a copy of the superbill for patients to submit to their insurance. NHS bills Medicaid and Triwest directly.
NHS will bill insurance for purchase of hearing instruments if they are covered under the patient's insurance plan.
NHS accepts Medicare patients who pay at the adjusted Medicare rate.
